(New Year, Spring Market Kickoff, 4th of July, Back to School, Fall/Thanksgiving, and Holiday/Christmas) We handle copy, design, and scheduling.

  • (Optional) 1 custom postcard mailed monthly to your farm (per agent) (postage not included) — A professionally designed postcard with your branding and CTA, prepared for print/mail each month. You cover printing/postage; we supply print-ready files (or work with your mail house).

  • Lead Intake Form/Booking Link (Setup or Integrate) (1 team form/link) — We create or connect your form/Calendly-style booking link so new leads auto-capture into your CRM and can book time on your calendar for consultations and showings.

  • 1 Lead Tracker (for team) — A simple dashboard showing live lead sources, status, last touches, and next steps—kept current so you can see what’s working at a glance.

  • Monday Digest (for team) — A quick weekly email recap of your lead performance: new leads, response times, booked consults, top sources, and 3 priority follow-ups for the coming week.

  • $149 Setup Fee — One-time setup to configure templates, routing rules, and reporting.
